Thank you for showing interest in the new Mastermind Programme that we are looking to launch this year.
Jemal and I have found a passion for supporting others and cascading our learning from our years in the business through our course “Property Investor Blueprint” and we are excited to start this new venture. We are taking the training to the next level by working with a select few to ensure they are getting the most out of their property business.
The mentoring offer will consist of:
Weekly Zoom Meetings – An opportunity to discuss goals, challenges, deal analysis, contact requirements, plans, case studies and our ongoing learnings.
Monthly meet up – Meet with both Jemal and I, alongside other mentees at our office space in Nottingham, where we can discuss everything you have on the go and set goals and plans for the following month.
Mentee WhatsApp group – for group discussions and to gain support and guidance from other mentees.
Full access to the online portal with all the current modules as well as new modules being added for further learning – BRR/HMO/Tax/ Legal/Investors/Company structure etc.
JV with us – if you would like the additional support on a specific project, this is available through a JV.
Contacts – Mortgage broker service from myself. This is alongside discounted arrangement fees, discounted legal fees from our trusted legal team, discounted local trades working with Jemal’s team and other benefits.
Admin support for your property business from our in-house team.
Current portfolio reviews to ensure maximum efficiency.
Support and guidance around social media and creating an online brand.
